This is the 2020 Center for Space Technology & Research (CSTAR) Distinguished Lecture, to be given by Dr. Elizabeth "Zibi" Turtle, PI of NASA's Dragonfly Mission of Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory.  Dragonfly is perhaps the most ambitious mission NASA has ever attempted, and the first NASA mission selected to conduct scientific exploration of a planet by Rotorcraft.
